Chicken muffins with cheese and olives

250 g of flour
100 ml of vegetable oil
100 ml of milk
3 eggs
11 g of baking powder
0.5 tsp. thyme
200 g chicken fillet
10 pieces of black olives
80 g of mozzarella
to taste salt

Mix milk, eggs and butter

Separately sift the flour with baking powder and mix with thyme

Combine the liquid and floury parts, mix

Add grated mozzarella, chopped (pre-cooked) chicken fillet and olives, salt

Dough the dough into molds and bake at 180 degrees (orientate on its oven)
