Do you think that smoothies and energy bars are dietary? In fact, sometimes reality is quite different. Some "healthy" foods have hidden calories that would hinder your diet and maintain weight.
- Muffin of bran
Many of this type of bran products contain about 800 calories, most of which come from sugars, fats, butter, dried fruit. Of course, these calories are more easily degraded than those produced by chocolate or paste, for example.
- Musli
It is a whole-grain oats which are prepared with hydrogenated fats and in most cases contain sugars. A bowl of muesli with milk can exceed 600 calories.
- Turkey
This is a great source of pure protein and healthy food for everyone. This is so only if they are domestic turkeys. Packaged turkeys contain many spices and high new sodium, which makes them unhealthy.
- Dried fruits
They contain more sugars than fresh fruits and many preservatives added to increase shelf life. Adding a regular dose of fresh fruit is preferable from the dried option.
- Salads
Just because it's called salad does not mean healthy. Vegetables but salads containing fried chicken, croutons, sauces, raise the levels of trans fats and sugars. Be moderate with the consumption of this type of salad.
