Dorayaki
Ingredients
6 servings
4 eggs
140 gr sugar
2 tablespoons honey (may be flipped)
160 gr wheat flour (I use triangle)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp water
Brown jam, cheese or nutella for topping
Step
Beat eggs, honey and sugar until slightly fluffy
Add the flour and baking powder to the egg dough, mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, pour water into the dough, mix well.
Heat the sticky griddle over medium heat. Apply a little oil evenly to the pan.
Pour the dough about 1 tablespoon of vegetable into the pan, set aside until the top is all porous then back.
Leave the bottom until browned then lift
Smooth the middle with your favorite toppings and serve 😊
