Pork with mushrooms and cheese
Ingredients:
Pork - 300 g
Mushrooms (preferably white, but my champignons have happened) - 100 g
Cheese - 50 g
Bow - a pair of heads
Garlic - 2 cloves
Bottle of light beer
Spices and salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the onion into half rings, cut garlic, mix spices with the dining room
spoon of salt. Half of the mixture is poured onto the bottom of the pan, put half
chopped onions. We lay meat, onions and garlic. We fill with beer
and we send for a day to marinate. - And now the process itself. Fry mushrooms with onions.
- Cheese three on a large grater.
- Fry the meat in a hot skillet, without oil, on both sides.
Approximately one minute per side. - Make cuts, about half the thickness of the meat.
