Beauty in your Mouth!

At the @gardenofeden we are blessed to serve beautiful,
tasty, nutritious and sustainable food everyday.



One of my favorite ways to serve is to present separate components
so everyone can make their own bites specifically to their liking.


This day I baked some brie cheese in a crusty croissant bread until it was ooey and gooey inside.



I rolled up three different kinds of nitrate free meats and served them in a brass goblet.



I then dished up some homemade lemon and turmeric hummus and
garnished it with rounds of fresh veggies and chives from the garden.



I served a good helping of homemade tomato, garlic, herb, olive oil and Himalayan sea salt mix
in a colorful martini glass.



I added everything to a fig leaf covered tray along with black olives and sweet gherkin pickles,
a raspberry chipotle sauce, a spicy brown mustard, a habanero salsa, and a homemade
tahini ginger sauce.





I love how mixing and matching many unusual flavors can made a great spread,
an amazing feast for the eyes, as well as an unusual surprise for the palate with every bite!
