The White Lady cocktail, also known as Dama Blanca cocktail, is a cocktail full of mysteries and curiosities. It is usually taken before meals for its sweet and exquisite taste.
The recipe for the White Lady cocktail is basically the same as that of the Sidecar cocktail, only that the Geneva is replaced by Brandy. You can also bring several additional ingredients such as egg white, sugar or white mint cream. It is served in a cocktail glass and frosted with grenadine and sugar.
Ingredients Cocktail White Lady
.- Ice
.- 30 ml of Geneva.
.- 15 ml of Cointreau.
.-15 ml of lemon juice
.- Egg white (optional)
Preparation Cocktail White Lady
Pour the ice, the Gin, the Cointreau, the lemon juice and the egg white into the shaker and stir well.
Strain into the glass.
It can be decorated by frosting the rim of the glass with grenadine and sugar.
