Some people think that all burgers are a fast food...

Mine took me some time to prepare them...
Because I was using local ingredients and butcher's meet.

Meet specially spiced and marinated.
The steak becomes delicious...
Then the choice of vegetables required me some reflexion...
Not salad... Something fresh and juicy... Hum Hum

Let's try cucumbers mixed with sweet pepper and all of this on a bed of fried onions?
I say yes...

Then the choice of bread... Industrial? Not good enough.

Let's go to the German food distributor... Let's name it.
It worth it. Not industrial.
