Most recently I tried a combination of ketosis and intermittent fasting but my approach led to symptoms that I don't believe are normal for human beings. Anyway, I'm back to the lovely carbohydrates and couldn't be happier about it. Really if you just avoid refined carbohydrates and refined sugars (major challenge) then odds are your diet is just fine.
