Hi, I would like to teach you how to make homemade chocolate. You just have to follow the steps below.
Ingredients:
➊ half a kilo of raw cocoa seeds.
❷ half a cup of sugar.
❸ medium spoonful of vanilla.
❹ 650 milliliters (ml) of milk.
Preparation:
➊ Put the cocoa seeds in a baking paper and toast 30 minutes at 145 degrees. Let cool and remove the husks.
❷ Crush the cocoa with a mortar or hammer and crush it with a grinder
❸ We continue grinding until we obtain a brown paste.
❹ We boil a pot with water. In another smaller pot we add the cocoa and put it in a water bath.
➎ when the pasta is hot, we put it in another container and crush it again until we achieve a
soft consistency
➏ We add the sugar little by little, like milk and vanilla. We mix everything and place it in molds, covering them with aluminum foil.
➐ Now just let it cool, at room temperature or in the fridge
