My favorite Pad Thai is called Pad Thai Haw Kai Goong Sot (Pad Thai wrapped in egg)
Prawns and noodles are wrapped in egg and it is served with chili flakes.
If you have a chance to visit Bangkok , please try Pad Thai at Pad Thai Thip Samai. The restaurant is located at Pratu Pi or it is called Ghost Gate Pad Thai.
