Nasi goreng kampung is fried rice that has been very much we meet wherever we go. In contrast to fried rice in general, this village fried rice is white when fried. It's because do not use the usual fried rice spice.
Ingredients :
-1 basket of rice
-5 cloves of garlic
-10 pieces of chili pepper
-3 mustard greens (cut into pieces)
-2 pieces of cabbage (cut into pieces)
-1 pairs of hearts ampela (small pieces)
-1 sausages
-salt
- flickering
- powder broth
-cooking oil
Steps to make village fried rice:
Puree seasoning, garlic and chili. Here I do not use red onion because tidam use shrimp paste. If you want added onion allowed.
Fried ampela heart does not need to use oil because we will reduce the water content first. Fry until cooked and water run out, just add cooking oil.
Put the spice already diuleg. Fry the spices until fragrant.
Put rice and sausage, oseng-oseng until spice mixed well. Add salt, flavoring and bouillon broth. Perform a taste test.
When it is sufficient to input the mustard and cabbage, oseng-oseng until vegetables wither. Anglat and ready to serve.
Can be added complement such as crackers and cucumbers or pickles.
