Ingredients
284 Gram Flour
12 Gram Baking powder
5 Gram Cinnamon powder
100 Gram Walnuts
280 Gram Banana (ripened)
70 Gram Butter
100 Ml Curd
150 Ml Milk
Preparation
1.Sift the flour and heating powder.Add the cinnamon powder and walnuts.
2.Mash the banana totally alongside the dissolved spread in a bowl.Mix the curd into the banana squash.
3.Fold the dry fixings into the banana blend, steadily including milk. This will keep the hitter smooth and protuberance free.
4.Pour the blend into lubed tin.Bake it in a preheated broiler at 170°C for 50-a hour until brilliant dark colored and cooked in the inside.
5.Once prepared, cool the cake on a wire rack.Sprinkle icing sugar to finish everything and serve.
