Bumbu mie Aceh halus

6 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 butir kapulaga
4 buah cabe merah biasa, buang bijinya
2 cm kunyit, dibakar
1/4 sendok teh jintan
1/2 sendok teh lada bubuk putih
Bahan acar mentimun

3 buah mentimun, dibuang bijinya, potong kecil-kecil
1 sendok teh gula pasir (boleh tidak ada, sesuai selera)
1 sendok teh cuka
1/2 sendok teh garam
Bahan pelengkap hidangan

100 gram emping goreng
Bawang goreng secukupnya
Cabe rawit
Bawang merah mentah
Dan irisan jeruk nipis
