There is a greek dish called "Saganaki". Depending on island or mainland this dish is different any place. Sometimes you will find spicy, dripping goat cheese with eggplant and ham while in other places you get simple feta cheese baked in aluminium foil.
My love for cheese (especially fondue) made me play with this dish many times and I have found the perfect recipe. I made a little video and want to share my passion for food with my fellow steemer. If you have any advices let me know. Cooking is an infinite game.
