Homemade chicken kebab is one of the most common foods that can be eaten in addition to parties and restaurants.
Here I have prepared a tutorial for making homemade kebab chicken in a pan with mayonnaise, and the cooking time of this dish is about an hour. 👨🍳🐔👌

chopped fresh mint | 2 tablespoons |
chopped fresh parsley | 2 tablespoons |
chopped fresh scallion | 2 tablespoons |
chopped fresh Coriander | 2 tablespoons |
cboneless skinless chicken breasts | 2 |
mayonnaise | 1 cup |
*salt - black pepper * | enough |
How to cook:
First, chop 4 garlic cloves as much as possible and add salt at the same time.
Then we chop the prepared vegetables, ie 30 grams of fresh mint, 30 grams of fresh parsley, 30 grams of fresh onions and 30 grams of fresh coriander, and mix them together as much as possible.
We cut 2 skinless chicken breasts into large pieces that are comfortable to skewer. Pour all the ingredients and chicken pieces into a bowl and mix well, add 2 teaspoons of salt, a teaspoon of black pepper and a cup of mayonnaise and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then we take it out of the refrigerator and skewer it according to the video, and for this we have used a wooden skewer, which is more suitable for placing in the pan. Put it in the pan according to the video and turn it upside down until the kernels are completely cooked.
