Spinach is generally considered as a special food and is generally used as the healthiest and most convenient food for humans and can be eaten strangely in different ways. | onion | 1 |
| milk | 4 cups |
| all-purpose flour | 1 cup |
| fresh spinach | 500 gr |
| garlic | 2 cloves |
| salt - black pepper | enough |
How to cook:
First, chop the onion, garlic and spinach, making sure that they become large pieces. Put the onion in a pot with oil and heat them, and at the same time add garlic to them and mix well until they are slightly browned. Then we add flour to them and after a few minutes, we add 3 cups of milk 3 times in stages and mix well. Then pour all the contents of the pot into the sieve to separate the garlic and onion from the other ingredients. At this stage, we put the spinach in the pot and heat it and add a cup of milk to it and mix well. And after the milk boils, add the ingredients we prepared in the previous step and continue to mix. Finally, we add salt and pepper to it, and after a few minutes, our spinach soup is ready.
