This traditional food is made from a variety of fruits. This culinary named "Rujak", we in Aceh call it "Lincah".
One of the most famous rujak in Aceh Utara, Aceh Province, Indonesia is "Rujak Nibong". Called "Rujak Nibong", because this rujak is sold in Nibong Village.
I first ate Rujak Nibong with my friends, February 12, 2015. The business of Rujak Nibong belongs to Sofyan, employs a number of employees. He made four types of rujak, namely "Rujak Colek", "Rujak Manis", "Rujak Pedas" and "Rujak Grate". Price rujak per portion is very affordable, only 10 thousand Rupiah.
Local fruits used to make rujak include papaya fruit, kedondong fruit, mancang fruit, and rumbia fruit. In addition to local fruits, Sofyan also ordered fruits from outside Aceh to make rujak. Among them, pineapple, mango, melon, watermelon, and bengkuang. Cloves that become one of the ingredients to make spices are also ordered from outside Aceh.
Eating Rujak Nibong makes the tongue sway.
