anchovy with chickpea and tofu

ingredients:
1.6 ounces small anchovies
1.5 pieces of diced tofu
1 ounce peanut
salt
edible oil

spices:
15 pieces of red curly pink
6 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 red tomato

How to make:
1.wash the netted container. drain.
2.fried anchovy, peanuts and tofu. then drain

3.puree all the spices.

4.cook all seasonings until fragrant.
let sit and stir until cooked. do not quickly lifted. cooked until cooked so the sauce is not easily stale
5.let stand for 5 minutes until the steam in the sauce disappears.
6.mix the anchovy, peanuts and fried tofu into chili sauce.
7.anchovy chilli sauce and tofu ready to serve. image
