Aros de cebolla / Onion rings

Aros de cebolla

Ingredientes:

  • 120 gramos de harina
  • 1 cucharada de sal de sal
  • 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear
  • Pan rallado
  • 1 huevo
  • 200 mililitros de leche
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 2 o 3 cebollas grandes
  • Aceite para freír

Instrucciones:

Debes cortar la cebolla en aros gruesos, aproximadamente de un centímetro de grosor, si estos son muy fino solo se van a deshacer. Separa los aros por capas con cuidado de no romperlos, usa solo los más grandes. y reserva los más pequeños para otra ocasión o plato.

En un bol coloca la harina, la levadura en polvo, la sal y la pimienta. Mezcla bien y pasa los aros de cebolla por ella, luego retira el exceso de harina sacudiendo un poco.

A la mezcla de harina, sal y pimienta añade la leche y el huevo y remueve muy bien hasta que no haya grumos.

Ahora pasa los aros de cebolla por la mezcla líquida y luego por el pan rallado.

Al finalizar debes freírlos en una sarten con aceite previamente calentado. Mantente atenta para que no se quemen y luego escurre el aceite con papel absorbente y sírvelos con un delicioso dip o salsa de tomate.

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 or 3 large onions
  • Oil to fry

Directions:

You must cut onion in thick rings, in ½-inch slices approximately, if these are very thin only they are going to undo. Separate rings for layers carefully to not breaking them, use only larger ring and keep smaller for other occasion or dish.

In a bowl, put flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and dip onion slices into the flour mixture until they are coated, then remove flour excess shaking a little.

To the flour mixture, add mil kan egg and remove very well till no lumps.

The put onion rings for liquid mixture and then for bread crumbs.

To finish you must fry them in a skillet with oil previously heated. Keep alert for don’t burn them and then drain oil with paper towels and then serve them with a delicious dip or ketchup.
