Autum is pumpkins season, so I always try to find new ideas to use them in any kind of recipes! Here's my last experiment: pumpkin bread.

Ingredients:
- 500g flour (17.64 oz)
- 300g of pumpkin pulp (10.58 oz)
- 12g brewer's yeast (0.42 oz)
- 100ml water (3.53 oz)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- pumpkin seeds (don't forget to keep them for the decoration)
Directions:
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and steam it for 20 minutes, then whisk it and let it cool.
- Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center and pour the pumpkin puree inside it.
- Melt the yeast inside water. Add this mixture, salt and oil and knead until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Form a ball and let it rise for a couple of hours or until the volume is doubled
- Deflate the dough and form a ball. Then place it directly on the oven tray covered with parchment paper. Then let it rise again for about 40 minutes.
- Make horizontal cuts on the surface and place the pumpkin seeds on top
- Bake in preheated oven at 200° for about 35 minutes
