2 Oreo Bottom Mini Cheesecakes:
Ingredients:
▪ 2 pkg (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
▪ 1/2 cup sugar
▪ 1/2 tsp vanilla
▪ 2 eggs
▪ 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
▪ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
For bottom:
▪ 1 bag of Oreo Pumpkin Spice
▪ 1 bag of Oreo Cinnamon Buns
For toppings:
▪ Cool Whip
▪ Pumpkin Pie spice or Ground Cinnamon
▪ Blueberry Pie filling

3-Step Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake with Pumpkin Spice Oreo Bottom
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended.
2. Separate 1 cup of cream cheese batter and stir in pumpkin and cinnamon.
3. Bake at 350’F for about 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
4. Top with Cool Whipped and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon before serving.

Cinnamon Buns Oreo Bottom Blueberry Cheesecake:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended.
2. Bake at 350’F for about 30 minutes or until center is almost set.
3. Cool. Top with blueberry pie filling. Before serving refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
