For these two different styles of Wonton you need to prepare a shrimp and a beef filling. Place the filling on the wonton wrappers which you get frozen in any asian market. Fold the wontons in two different ways . Fry in sunflower oil until they get light brown and serve with plum and hot chilli sauce.
Beef filling:
Mince the beef with a sharp knife and add choppped garlic, ginger, thai basil leaves, koriander, fresh red chilies, salt, pepper and sweet soy sauce
Shrimp filling:
Mince the half frozen raw shrimps with a sharp knife and add chopped ginger, mint, koriander, salt, pepper and oyster sauce
