Color your Friday with this salad

Hey Steemian,

On weekends, I usually indulge myself excessively, you know - fries, cakes, burgers, wine, pastry - all the good stuff, so during the week I am trying to balance this and eat healthy salads.
It works for me!
So, for this Friday I have a delicious salad, with a combination I haven't tried, but it will become a regular in my menu.

Ingredients:
baby spinach
chicken ham
dried apricots
red onion
vinegar
olive oil
harissa flakes
salt and pepper

There's not so much to do: only to chop ham, red onion, dried apricots and mix the ingredients.
Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil.
Season it and enjoy!

I put too much harissa flakes and it was too spicy, even for me. Like Cameron from Modern Family says "I feel like I ate the sun!"

Salad color is looking very good. I can suggest some other ingredients to make it more delicious. And with those ingredients non-vegetarian can also enjoy this salad.

  1. Remove chicken from it.
  2. Add cucumber and carrots in it.

Now this salad is ready for non vegetarians.
