Romanian Traditional Drink - SOCATA, the rival of KOMBUCHA

Hey Steemians,

I'm so excited! It's that time of the year (no, not Christmas :P) when we make "socata" or "elder flower juice". It's even tastier than kombucha. Sorry @razvanelulmarin and all the kombucha fans for saying this :D

This soft drink is produced by letting the flowers to macerate, for 2-3 days, with sugar, lemon and of course, water. Some people use also yeast to fasten the process, but I'm patient and let the Nature do its course.
This beverage has also inspired Coca-Cola to make an drink with elder flower flavor, called FANTA SHOKATA (SHOCKED FANTA)
Ingredients
3 l water
6-7 elder flowers
300 g sugar or honey
2 lemon
In a 5 l jar, mix the ingredients and cover it with a cloth. Leave it for 2-3 days to macerate, stirring occasionally (once/day).
