INGREDIENTES
1.- (2) tazas de leche
2.- (4) yemas de huevo (lo amarillo del huevo)
3.- (4) cucharadas de Maizena (harina de fécula de maíz)
4.- (4) cucharaditas de Azúcar
5.- (1) cucharadita de vainilla
PREPARACION
1.- Colocar las dos tazas de leche en una olla o palia a fuego lento.
2.- Mezclar las yemas con las maizena, mover continuamente
3.- Agregarle la azúcar y la cucharadita de vainilla, continuar mezclando
4.-Juntar la lecha junto a la mezcla anterior al momento de hervir, continuar moviendo hasta que hierva y espese.
5.- Retirarlo de fuego, dejarlo enfriar en un envase tapado
6.- Después colocarlo en la nevera para que tenga mejor consistencia y se enfrié.
7.- Servir y untar al gusto.
