Composition:
Chicken breast – 1 PC.
Soy sauce – 6 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Turmeric – 0.5 St. l.
Garlic – 1 clove.
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Chicken breast split fillets, fillet cut into medium-sized pieces, put them in a deep bowl, sprinkle with the turmeric, crushed garlic, pour soy sauce, mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Heat the pan vegetable oil, add a tablespoon of honey, evenly distribute the honey to the pan, add the chicken and fry over high heat for 8 minutes.
3. Add one spoon of honey, when most of the liquid has boiled away, add sesame seeds and cook the chicken for another three minutes.
4. The dish is ready.
