Hi Steemit! I want to offer a vegetarian dish for a healthy lifestyle and also for those who play sports.This recipe is very much useful vitamin and give energy weight day.Look at my page recipes and cook along with me and you will succeed!

Finely chopped tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper and green beans fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
Add tomato sauce and sour cream, stir, add salt, pepper, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, adding a little water.
Add flour, stir again and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
