•Ingredients-
Boiled rice
Buttermilk
Garlic
Besan
Red chilli powder
Turmaric powder
Oil
•Method-
Add 2-3 tbsp besan to 5 cups of buttermilk and blend it.
Put 4 tbsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds , jeera , pinch of hing and garlic and saute.
Add 1 tbsp red chilly powder and add buttermilk to it.
Take boiled rice and add 2-3 big spoon besan, turmeric powder, salt,red chilly powder ,dhaniya jiru powder ,crushed garlic and coriander.
Mix all ingredients well and form small muthiya..( balls ) of it.
When the buttermilk mixture has boiled, add rice muthiya one by one.
Let it cook for 10 minutes
After 10 to 15 min....ready to serve...
