Salty Crackers

Baked some salty crackers to go with soup....used whole wheat..

Recipe
Ingredients:wheat flour one cup,salt,green chillies crushed,fresh coriander,kasuri methi , 1/4tsp baking soda , jeera , till , garlic powder, flaxseed...two spoon olive oil....

Method
.mix everything and knead the dough and let it rest for 15minutes with damp cloth...
Now roll it like roti and cut into desired shape , make holes with folk so that they dont puff up.and place it in baking tray on butter paper...now in preheated oven bake it @160 for twenty minutes...in between turn them ...once done you can brush them with butter if you want... enjoy with soup or with tea...add chill and kasuri methi lill more only for it to taste good and spicy.
