250 gr Cow / Goat ribs
250 gr beef / goat, diced
5 cloves garlic, geprek fine
5 cloves of shallot, thinly sliced
to taste Sugar & Salt
1/2 segment of ginger finger, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves

Step

Boil ribs and mutton / beef until tender with bay leaves

Saute onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, and ginger until fragrant

Enter the ribs and beef that has been boiled with 200 ml of boiling water

Add sweet soy sauce, sugar, and salt, flavor correction

Serve warm with warm white rice
