nicely written and good time of the year for me to read this lol as I need to start eating more healthy again aswell. I travel alot between europe and south america and I eat very healthy in south america. alot of fresh fruits and fish and vegetables. but as soon as Im back in Amsterdam the bad habits creep back in slowly but surely. Its so much easier to eat good in the tropics with fresh fruit and vegetables available everywhere for cheap prices than it is overhere in Europe.
