Hi Steemers!
Couple a day ago we visited very cool place. It's restaurant, located in Suzdal, Russia.
Unfortunately I made a photo only of two dishes, but it is quite enough to understand how appeal Russian food can be.
Here they are!
Borsch
It is a soup made of beetroot and meat. Usually served with sour cream and small buns with garlic.
Stroganina
It's not a completely a Russian dish, but it widely spread across people who live in North areas. It is a freezer and sliced fish, in my case - salmon. Very tasty!
What over Russian dishes do you know? Do you need some recipes?
Cheers,
Pavel
