Looks delicious Melaniemd! It really does look like Stracciatella from your photo :) And like you mentioned it's fast to make and easy. Well done!

The only part I would change in English is the following:
Cut the apple in to small pieces, including the apple core.

Es sind ein paar andere kleinigkeiten aber das ist eben schoen! Ich wuensche dir einen super schoenes weekend! (Fuer meine schreibfehler hafte ich aber gar nicht! hahaha)
