How to prepare Churros.

Churros-This is a traditional french dessert of Spanish cuisine. It looks like gooseberry and is prepared in the same way but the dough is not soaked with a sweet syrup. Dessert is well known in Spain, although most of the fried foods and the test have credible sources that indicate they were prepared for the first time in China. Long ago they have reached the lands of Europe and with the addition of various flavors and ingredients many of them have been perfected and are now considered to be traditional in the countries they have been preparing for many years to come.

Required dough products:

2 tea glasses of water around 480-500 ml
110 grams of butter
2 teaspoons of flour
1/3 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 large eggs or 3 smaller ones

For oval:

½ cup of sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon


For chocolate sauce:

100 grams of dark chocolate
250 ml of milk cream 30% fat
1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel


Additionally:

500 ml of sunflower oil for frying
a deep pan with a diameter of 15-17 centimeters
big nylon sweets
star nozzle

Preparation:

At medium temperature put in a small pot the water, butter, salt and sugar.
Stir until the butter melts and the mixture boils lightly. Vanilla extract is added.
At once pour the flour and stir vigorously. The dough is boiled and stirred for about 3-4 minutes in the low temperature desiccator.


The finished dough is removed from the hob, moved to a porcelain bowl and allowed to cool for 8-10 minutes.
Then add the eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon until it is fully absorbed by the dough.
The vegetable fat is heated in the pan to 180-200 ° C.


Place the finished dough in the dirt.
Long strips of dough are formed, cut with scissors to the size we prefer directly into the heated fat. Fry to golden-brown.
The finished churros are placed on the plate with kitchen paper. Then blend in the mixed cinnamon sugar.


The chocolate sauce is prepared by heating the cream to boiling and pouring on the broken chocolate. Stir to a smooth consistency and add the orange peel.
