Here's a simple, fast, yet delicious dip: the famous Greek tzatziki. Perfect for the summer. Here we won't only share the recipe (that you can find anywhere) but also secrets on how to make it ultra-yummy!

In order to make a bowl of tzatziki you need the following:
- 500 gr. strained Greek yoghurt
- 1 medium-sized cucumber
- garlic cloves - at least one (without it, there's no point) and up to the level you can handle. We personally put 4 medium-sized ones.
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin preferably)
- a drop of vinegar
- dill
- salt
- 2 olives and a bit of basil for the topping
Put the yoghurt in a bowl, then peel the cucumber and grate it. Take the grated cucumber and squeeze it hard so the water gets out - if you don't, the tzatziki will be all watery. Put it in the bowl. Take the garlic cloves and chop them finely - avoid using a garlic crusher, because all the garlic oils are kept in it and the end result is simply not the same. Add them to the bowl. Add dill, one drop of red vinegar, the olive oil, and mix. Put in the fridge for a while, so that the dip condenses (you might want to cover it, so the fridge won't smell of garlic). Add two olives on top, a bit of olive oil, et voila, it's ready to go!
Enjoy!
Sounds very yummy from the description! :D
