material-

1/2 cup finely chopped leaves leaves

1 cup wheat flour

1 table spoon oil

1/2 t-spoon oregano

1/4 t-spoon red chilli powder

salt to taste

Method-

Put all the ingredients in a deep vessel and soft dough dumpling using enough hot water.

Divide dough into 6 equal parts.

Paratha 125 mm (5 ") in the round shape of diameter, with the help of a little wheat flour, bake the oil and squeeze the same amount of oil on it.

Let the two sides of the roti fall towards the middle of the way so that one end does not go to the other end. Make the Chocor Envelope, with the remaining 2 face-like ends breaking like this.

Sprinkle 1 table-spoon mint leaves on envelope in the same amount and then press it lightly so that the paste will stick closely on it.

Heat a non-stick tawa and cook the paratha with the help of a little oil, until it becomes golden on both sides.

Surviving the number 3 to 6, repeat the process and make 5 parathas.

Heat Paroseye with fresh curd and pickle.
