Hi Sahabat Steemit, kali ini saya kembali ingin sharing salah satu makanan khas Aceh, yang sebagian besar orang menyebutnya dengan Spaghetti Aceh, ya benar itu namanya Mie Caluek (Bahasa Aceh) buat sahabat yang sudah pernah mencoba dan mengenalnya.
Mie Caluek, nama yang unik, namun soal rasa pasti tidak kalah dengan makanan khas aceh yang sejenis yaitu Mie Aceh.
Mie Caluek ini populer dari daerah asalnya Kabupaten Pidie – Provinsi Aceh, Indonesia. Bagi masyarakat Aceh, khususnya di Kabupaten Pidie, Mie Caluek menjadi menu favorit. Harganya murah, dan rasanya yang maknyuss (enak) menjadikan Mie Caluek ini makanan kesukaan banyak kalangan, Cukup membayar Rp. 5.000.- rupiah saja, Anda sudah bisa menikmati spaghetti khas Aceh ini. Tidak terlalu sulit mencari penjual Mie Caluek, umumnya pedagang Mie Caluek ini berjualan dengan gerobak di pinggir jalan di pasar atau di tempat-tempat ramai dengan label di gerobaknya : Mie Caluek Grong-Grong (salah satu daerah di Kabupaten Pidie), Mie Caluek Sigli (Ibu Kota Kabupaten Pidie), dan label lainnya.
Proses pembuatan Mie Caluek ini sangat unik, dan berbeda dengan mie Aceh. Bila mie Aceh langsung di masak di tempat kita membeli, namun Mie Caluek dibuat sendiri dirumah. Jadi Anda tidak perlu menunggu lama, dua menit sepiring Mie Caluek sudah bisa Anda nikmati. Pasti Anda bingung kenapa secepat ini penyajian Mie Caluek. Ini karena mie sudah jadi di rumah pedagang, dan semua bumbu dan pelengkapnya juga sudah jadi, atau tanpa di masak lagi. Pedagang cuma mengambil saja mie dan pelengkapnya dan menyajikannya di atas piring. Mungkin karena ini dinamakan Mie Caluek dimana Caluek dalam bahasa Aceh memiliki arti memasukkan tangan ke dalam piring yang berisi makanan dan mengambilnya.
Ada empat jenis Mie Caluek. Anda tinggal memilih, “Mie Caluek pakai bumbu kacang, Mie Caluek pakai urap, Mie Caluek pakai tahu, dan Mie Caluek pakai tempe”, ujar salah satu pedagang saat saya membelinya di daerah Sigli saat mengunjungi keluarga disana. Selain itu sausnya ada saus cabai halus atau bumbu kacang yang memberi sensasi gurih dan lezat. Ada juga yang sausnya dicampur kacang dan menggunakan kuah yang ditaburi sayuran. Kali ini saya ingin membeli dan mencoba dengan bumbu kacang dan hasilnya luar biasa rasanya menggugah selera..Must try it sahabat steemit. Recommended!!

Bahan Utama:
500 gram mie kuning basah/mie lidi
150 gram daging sapi, potong dadu
1/4kg udang
750 ml air kaldu
850 cc air
4 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis
4 butir bawang merah, diiris tipis
1 buah tomat, dipotong-potong
1 batang daun bawang/seledri, diiris tipis
50 gram taoge, bersihkan
50 gram kubis/kol, diiris tipis
1 sendok makan kecap manis
3 lembar daun salam
1 sendok teh cuka
1 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh lada bubuk
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1 sendok teh jinten
1 batang daun bawang, 1 cm
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Emping goreng secukupnya
Margarin
Bumbu Yang Dihaluskan:
6 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabai merah besar, dibuang biji
1 butir kapulaga
2 cm kunyit, dibakar
1/4 sdt jintan
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
Garam secukupnya
Bahan Pelengkap:
Bawang goreng
Kerupuk Merah
Cara Membuatnya:
itemBawang merah, bawang putih, dan bumbu halus ditumis dengan margarin hingga harum.
Masukkan daging sapi yang sudah dipotong dadu.
Aduk dan masak hingga daging berubah warna.
Tambahkan udang, kepiting, dan air kaldu, lalu aduk rata.
Kemudian masukkan daun bawang, garam, daun salam, dan merica bubuk.
Masak hingga daging, kepiting, dan udang matang.
Jika air sudah berkurang dan daging sudah lunak, kecilkan api.
Masukkan kubis, tomat, dan tauge.
Tambahkan mie dan kecap manis.
Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata dan matang.
Angkat dan sajikan.
Cara Penyajiannya:
Siapkan tempat (mangkuk atau piring), lalu masukkan mie.
Tambahkan kuah.
Taburkan bawang goreng.
Sajikan bersama pelengkap.
Taburkan kerupuk merah.
