Any One Hungry?

Even when I am not toooooo hungry, I get kick out of concocting my own recipe of foods I relish.

I do not care if it is not norm or proper ethnically to combine my favorite foods as one dish so I could relish even more.

What?! Kimchee Omelet?

Yes, so delicious as a quick brunch.

One could just put the Kimchee ( Korean fermented cabbage with spices ) on top of any kind of omelet to savor the new taste.

One could even chop up the Kimchee and mix in with the egg batter with veggies or meat.

One would fry the omelet in a frying pan as usual.

Also, slice thinly some Mexican Jalapenos peppers to add spiciness even more than Kimchee. More spicier the tastier and more I enjoy eating Kimchee omelet.

I like eating my favorite Kimchee omelet with brown rice.

Even better to meet the Korean ethnic way is for me to use the chop stick to eat the Kimchee or omelete too.

I am getting hungry writing about this way of eating the omelet.

Tell me your favorite food concoction or better yet send me photos.

Enjoy!
