nice lemon curd recipe! I don't know if i've ever tried lemon curd.... but i may have to now.
haha you have to be sure to end the center by doing < / center > (no space of course) if everything is centered you have missed one of those, or the end center isn't touching the object.

My lemon curd cupcakes freeze well and the curd seems fine after having been frozen. I have never tried freezing a batch of it on its own. I'll do a little test today but remember it will keep for a month in the fridge.
