Good morning to all. Last night for dinner I prepared a delicious Beef loin roast in the oven. It came out so tender and juicy it was totally amazing. I served it up with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. Hope you like.
Here's my roast ready for the pan.
I took my roasting casserole dish and put about 1 inch of water to keep the roast moist and added some crushed garlic in as well.
Place your roast in the pan and sprinkle if you like with some steak spice and put in oven at 350 degrees for about 2 hours, turning the meat over at least once during cooking.
