Ingredients

3/4 Cup Yellow Corner
1/2 cups of all purpose
2 spoon sugar

Instructions
2 inch heat of oil in a large, deep cast iron open or Dutch oven, 365 degrees per hour.
Along with the good peak of cornmeal, dough, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Hit the butterfly and egg in the joint, then melt to make thick butter and stir in scales.
In two batches, leave the hot oil shining batter. Ferry, repeatedly once, crisp and golden, about 3 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towel; instant weather with salt.
