There is probably nothing easier that tasted as good as fresh country bread with the addition of lard and pickled cucumbers. No one needs to convince! Here we go!
Lard is animal fat used in cooking for cooking, as well as direct consumption. The main component fats are lard, among which outweigh those that contain unsaturated fatty acids. The share of unsaturated fatty acids depend on the feed, which the animals were fed, from which the melted lard and the smelting process. In addition, the lard also usually contains small amounts of cholesterol and traces of minerals and fragments of animal tissues from which it was rendered. This applies in particular lard with cracklings.
Pickled cucumber is a product supplied to the dinner in addition to potatoes, as an ingredient in salads or sandwiches. Sometimes they are used as a snack to vodka and herring in oil with onion. They are an essential component of cucumber soup.
Chunk of bread with lard and pickled cucumber is the best for a snack.

- whole grain bread
- lard
- pickled cucumber
A method of preparing:
Cut the bread, then we smear lard. On top put slices of pickle.
