Item: Kachchi Biryani
Material: Khasir Meat 2 Kg, Basmati Rice 1 Kg, Talky Door 1 cup, Garlic paste 1 table spoon, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, Biriyani spices 1 table spoon, fry 4 cinnamon 4 pieces, black pepper 2, potatoes 10 grams, 2 tablespoons of ghee, 2 tablespoons of cashew nuts powder, 10 gram of potato, 10 tablespoons of raisins, 2 tablespoons of almonds, 2 tablespoons of sugar, Tea spoon, berse The 1 cup, soybean oil, 1 cup, two cups of liquid milk, milk powder, two tablespoons.
How to do it:First put a bowl of almond meat, talk yogurt, garlic paste, salt, ginger paste, pepper powder, chilli powder, biriyani spices and keep them for 3 hours. Heat the water in a pot on the stove, heat the water, teaspoon, cinnamon, cardamom, and cook it.
Now add a potato meat, cashew nut powder, potato bokhar, kishmish, almond kochi, sugar, berichea and soybean oil on top of it with fried potatoes, boiled rice, raisins, nuts, sugar, beryl, liquid milk, powder milk and ghee. Keep the pot face well with foil paper and keep the lid covered with lid for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, keep it for 20 minutes and keep it under an iron pan for 20 minutes. Now open the foil paper. Kachchi Biryani will be made. Serve beautifully.
