How to make "Rasmalai"

Recipe: - "'Rasmalai' '

Materials :

  1. 2 liters of milk for malaiya
  2. For 2 liters of milk
  3. 1/2 bowl condensed milk
  4. 500 grams of sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons of powder sugar
  6. Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Flour 2 teaspoons
  9. 8 cups of water
  10. 1 tea spoon of cornflower
  11. Rose pills 2 tablespoons

Methodology:

Made by malai-
Preparation of milk by heating the lemon juice and making chana. Put a sapha in a cotton cloth and take it off and keep it wet.

Fill the water in the hand, press the mash well and keep it in the big dish for 10 minutes. Now add flour, powder sugar, cardamom powder in it and make a chapel well for 5 minutes. Make a ball of 1.5 / 2cm in the palm of your hand from this big hose.

Boil water in a pan. Make a cup of sugar with three cups of water in it, as well as a cup of sugar. Give a boiling scallop caira. Put the mixture on a shaker for 10-15 minutes. Then leave the oven and keep the hours.
