Got this little electric cheese press on amazon for $14 and it does a great job at pressing a nice sandwich. These have ham, sliced jalapeño and smoked cheddar cheese. They where so good.

We have also a new grill, which makes amazing grilled cheese sandwiches. Looks good!!!!! Also nice if you have not much time for cooking.
