Japanese Bento for Lunch

I was hungry and decided on getting a bento, or Japanese take out box lunch that is very popular in Hawaii. I got this bento for $11. I really enjoyed the salmon that was cooked in a little soy sauce and sugar. It was flavorful and tender. Then there was the vegetable croquette, moist and delicious. What tied it all together was the rice. It was white rice but seemed like it was steamed with some vegetables to add to its texture and flavor. All in all $11 well spent.
