Today I would like to introduce to you a favorite street food in Vietnam

It is Nộm bò khô and Filter cake - 2 ordinary dishes but the taste is not normal. a traditional food and taste of Hanoi.

A dish that does not make people eat as fried.
Today I will give you the recipe of this wonderful dish - Nộm bò khô
Very simple ingredients:

• dried beef
• green papaya
• carrots
• roasted peanuts
• basil
• mint
• coriander
• Crested Latesummer Mint

green papaya and carrots we scrape the fiber and soaked in salt water to lose acid, when we eat , it is better

And the sauce to mix with the ingredients is:

• fish sauce 1
• water 1
• sugar 2
• vinegar
• hot peppers and chopped garlic.

we mix them all together.......It's easy to do right.

And there is another dish, which is the filter cake - a product of Hue - Vietnam.
In Hanoi, there is a filter cake, but if you go to find the restaurants of Hue. This dish is very fond of the soft, smooth crust, spiced with mouthfuls of spicy sauce and fish sauce. It creates its characteristic flavor. and I suggest you have a good place to eat
