hi everyone , After the Lunar New Year, I came back to you. And I will continue to share with you the new food. And today I will review you a Vietnamese salad.
That is the clam salad.
Materials include very simple:
- clams,
- purple onions,
- cucumbers.
- horn chili,
- Chitronella
- Coriander
We will cut the material as shown above
After cutting the ingredients we will make the sauce. As a few previous articles I have shared with you a sauce - Vietnamese sauce
And I will share the recipe for you how to make a Vietnamese sauce
Make Vietnam Sauce:
1 fish sauce,
1.1 sugar,
1 vinegar
Stir well until melted and the sauce is evenly matched
Finally, mix all the ingredients cut into the sauce and enjoy. Do not forget to decorate your salad will look more yummy and more beautiful
