Especially for the participants of the hobby-club he cooked khachapuri with meat and tomatoes. Very tasty dish.

You will need:
dough - 400ml of water, 200g of milk, about 6g of fast yeast, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil, flour, salt,
filling - 1 kg of meat, 100 g of butter, 2-3 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp. Fenugreek or hops-suneli, spices to taste, ground red pepper, salt.

All the ingredients for the dough combine and knead the soft dough, leave fit. Twist meat in a meat grinder, add spices, chopped onions, pepper, salt, butter, mix, leave for half an hour.

Dough lay on the powdered flour surface, peel off equal pieces and mold balls from them. Next, take the ball, roll it into a flat cake, put the stuffing in the center of the stuffing, add the cut tomatoes, pull the edges of the flat cake down to the center, tear and roll out the resulting flat cake with hands to make it flat. Thus, dazzle all the khachapuri, put them on a sheet oiled with oil, cover the egg with egg whipped with milk, bake in a preheated oven to 170-180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cooked. Finished khachapuri before serving, cover with butter and let cool slightly, folding on each other in a pile.
