| At noon today I was spontaneously hungry for a classic I liked as a child. That's why I decided to make a fresh and delicious egg salad spontaneously. Darum habe ich mit entschlossen, spontan einen frischen und leckeren Eiersalat herzustellen. Dieser schmeckt besonders gut, wenn er herrlich gekühlt serviert wird. |

| The ingredients: 8 eggs, mustard, Mayonnaise or salad cream, Sour cucumbers, salt, pepper, | Die Zutaten: 8 Eier, Senf, Majonäse oder Salatcreme, Saure Gurken, Salz, Pfeffer, |

| I start to cook the eggs about 10 minutes, so that they become beautiful hard. They are then peeled and cut into small pieces. This is best done with an egg cutter. Im Anschluss werden sie geschält und in kleine Stucke geschnitten. Das geht am besten mit einem Eierschneider. Die geschnittenen Eier gebe ich in eine Schüssel und füge einen Esslöffel Senf hinzu. |
